Michael Hirst

Operations & Business Manager

Michael has a Health and Safety background working in the building sector for 10 years before joining the education sector in 2009, where he worked as Site Manager across various primary and secondary schools within the Bradford District. During his time in these roles, he built relationships with students and parent alike and was an ambassador for the Diana Trust Anti-bullying campaign.

He joined Dixons Academies Trust in Feb 2019 as Campus Manager, working within the Estates Team covering four of the Academies with a responsibility for Health and Safety and Compliance.

Michael’s passion to make a difference saw him join the Senior Leadership Team in the role of Operations & Business Manager at Dixons Kings Academy in January 2022.
