Charlotte Miller
Senior Vice Principal
Charlotte began her teaching journey through the Schools Direct Program in the Leeds area in 2013, training as a maths teacher. In 2015, she became the Assistant Head of Maths at a school in Bradford, where she focused on enhancing KS3 progress in mathematics.
In 2016, Charlotte joined Dixons Kings Academy as Principal Teacher of Maths. In this role, she worked to improve outcomes for disadvantaged and SEN pupils. Her efforts led to her promotion to Head of Maths in January 2018, during which she achieved a remarkable Progress 8 score of +1.06 for Year 11 in the 2018-19 academic year.
Charlotte joined the senior leadership team in 2020, leading initiatives in teaching and learning, professional development and coaching, and overseeing attendance and behaviour. In her current role as Senior Vice Principal, Charlotte leads on curriculum development and serves as the designated safeguarding lead, ensuring the highest standards of education and pupil welfare.
